Please review the terms that apply to travel assistance and booking facilitation services.
1. Business Identity
Tour My Corbett is operated by JIM CORBETT ONLINE, a proprietorship owned by MOHAMAD AHMED. GSTIN: 05EGRPA2428B1ZU.
2. Independent Business & Government Non-Affiliation
Tour My Corbett is not a government website, department or booking portal and is not affiliated with, owned by, operated by, endorsed by or officially associated with the Uttarakhand Forest Department, Corbett Tiger Reserve, Jim Corbett National Park, Government of Uttarakhand or Government of India.
3. Services
We provide private travel assistance and booking facilitation for hotels/resorts, tour packages, transportation and related travel arrangements, subject to availability and applicable conditions. Third-party activities, where included in a package, remain subject to the relevant provider rules.
4. Booking Confirmation
An enquiry or request is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs only after the requested service is successfully arranged and confirmation is provided.
5. Third-Party / Authority-Dependent Services
Where a travel package or itinerary refers to an activity or service controlled by a third-party provider or authority, availability, eligibility, entry permissions and confirmation remain with that provider or authority. Payment to JIM CORBETT ONLINE does not itself create or guarantee a government permission.
6. Pricing, Fees & Payment
Before payment, we communicate the selected service, applicable authority/provider charges, applicable taxes and mandatory fees, inclusions/exclusions, and any Tour My Corbett service charge. The final customer payable amount is confirmed before payment. No undisclosed Tour My Corbett service charge is added after payment. Variable third-party or authority charges are explained before payment where they apply.
7. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate names, dates, traveller counts, identification details where required and other information needed for the requested service.
8. Prices
Prices may be fixed, starting or indicative depending on the service. The final applicable price, inclusions and exclusions are communicated before confirmation.
9. Third-Party Services
Hotels, resorts, transportation providers, activity providers and other third parties may provide requested components. Their own terms and availability apply.
10. Wildlife
Tiger, leopard, elephant or other wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
11. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service and applicable provider/authority terms. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, floods, government restrictions, forest closures, road closures and similar events.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must review confirmations, follow applicable authority/service-provider rules and arrive within required reporting times.
14. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and may be shared with relevant providers where necessary to fulfil a requested service.
15. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest published version applies to future bookings.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to applicable jurisdiction and law.
