Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review cancellation, refund and booking-condition information before payment.
1. General Refund Principle
Cancellation and refund eligibility varies by service. It depends on the service booked, cancellation timing, provider rules, non-refundable charges and applicable booking conditions.
2. Customer Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation as early as possible. The applicable refund is determined according to the terms for the particular service.
3. Safari & Permit-Related Bookings
Safari or permit-related services may be non-refundable or subject to deductions under the applicable authority/provider rules. Tour My Corbett does not control those rules.
4. Dhikala / Forest Accommodation
Dhikala and forest accommodation may have specific cancellation rules. Refunds, if any, follow the applicable authority/provider terms.
5. Hotels & Resorts
Hotel and resort cancellations are governed by the applicable property's cancellation policy. Some rates may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
6. Tour Packages
A package may contain several components with different cancellation rules. Deductions may apply according to each component.
7. Transportation
Transportation cancellations may incur charges depending on timing, vehicle allocation and provider terms.
8. No-Show & Late Arrival
Failure to use a confirmed service or arriving after the required reporting time may result in no refund where provider rules do not allow one.
9. Provider/Authority Cancellation
If a provider or authority cancels a service, any refund or alternative is handled according to the applicable provider/authority rules.
10. Wildlife Sightings
No refund is provided solely because a customer did not see a tiger, leopard, elephant or other particular animal.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after verification and according to provider/payment processing timelines. The method may normally be the original payment method.
12. Tour My Corbett Service Charge
Where applicable, the Tour My Corbett service charge is disclosed before payment and included in the final payable amount. The charge applies only when the requested booking or arrangement is successfully confirmed. If the requested booking is not successfully confirmed, no Tour My Corbett service charge is charged for that unsuccessful request. After a booking has been successfully confirmed, the service charge is generally non-refundable because the booking-assistance service has been performed, subject to any booking-specific written terms and applicable law.
12. Non-Refundable Charges
Non-refundable accommodation, cancellation, processing, payment or third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.
13. Duplicate/Failed Payments
Customers should contact us promptly regarding duplicate or failed transactions so the payment status can be verified.
14. Booking-Specific Terms
Where booking-specific cancellation terms were communicated before confirmation, those terms apply to that booking, subject to applicable law.
