Tour My Corbett offers private booking services for safari tours, accommodations, and travel packages in and around Jim Corbett National Park. We are not affiliated with the official government or forest department of Jim Corbett National Park.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateways provided.

4. Confirmation & Tickets

Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide correct contact and personal details. Government ID proof is mandatory for all safari bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to our specific tour Cancellation Policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per policy and the original mode of payment. Please note that government safari bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Guests must follow all rules and guidelines provided by forest authorities during safaris. Any misbehavior, illegal activity, or non-cooperation may result in cancellation of services without a refund. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during tours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tour My Corbett shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather, natural calamities, government orders, or third-party service failures. All services are offered on a "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee wildlife sightings.

8. Third-Party Links & Partners

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or take responsibility for their content or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and information on the website are the property of Tour My Corbett or its licensors. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
