At Tour My Corbett (operated by Jim Corbett Online), we strive to offer the best travel and safari booking services. We understand that travel plans may change, and we have created the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
Important Note (Safari Bookings)
All safari bookings (Jeep & Canter) made through the forest department (government portal) are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. This is as per the rules of the Uttarakhand Forest Department and is beyond our control.
General Cancellation Policy (for Hotels, Packages, etc.)
This policy applies to accommodation and other package components, excluding non-refundable safari permits.

How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please email us at info@tourmycorbett.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91-7060551278. Please provide your booking ID, registered name, and reason for cancellation to initiate the process.
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Please note that bank or UPI delays are not in our control once the refund has been initiated from our end.
Exceptions
- Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or any situation beyond our control.
- Incorrect Information: Providing false or incorrect ID proof or traveler details may lead to booking rejection by authorities without a refund.
