When you submit a Jeep Safari booking request, we may collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, safari date, preferred zone, number of Jeeps and any optional message you choose to provide.
We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, check booking availability, prepare a quotation, communicate booking instructions and provide customer support.
We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to process a booking request, communicate with service providers involved in the requested arrangement, comply with applicable law, or protect our business and customers.
The initial website form does not ask for card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs or passwords. Do not enter such sensitive information into the form. Payment instructions, if applicable, are provided after availability is checked and a quotation is shared.
