  • This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, or New Year.
  • Tours must be booked at least 2 days before the travel date.
Terms & Conditions:
  • Base category rooms will be provided.
  • Room upgrades are chargeable and subject to availability.
  • Standard check-in: 12:00 noon, check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Accurate passenger age is required at booking. Errors may lead to penalties.
  • If the specified resort is unavailable, a similar one will be arranged.
  • For groups of 3, an extra mattress will be provided in the same room.
  • Changes in govt. taxes, safari, or hotel rates will be informed before travel.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, or delays.
  • Itinerary may change due to operational reasons or weather conditions.
Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply based on the date of notice:

  • > 30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour cost
  • 15–29 days: 30% of total tour cost
  • 7–14 days: 40% of total tour cost
  • 2–6 days: 50% of total tour cost
  • < 48 hours / No show: No refund
  • Note: Jeep Safari & Canter Safari charges are non-refundable.
  • Different policies may apply during peak season/festivals.
Liabilities & Limitations:
  • Additional charges due to changes in govt. fees will apply.
  • No compensation for force majeure events (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions).
  • Legal jurisdiction lies with courts in Nainital only.
